Elmcroft of Maumelle

My husband was recently at Willow Grove for four months and received excellent care. I am so grateful to the director, nurses, and aides for their help. Many thanks to all of you!

I’ve been very happy and satisfied with Willow Grove. While the services that we need were all provided. The staff are always available and ready to help, if something extra it’s needed, just ask. My dad is a finicky eater the meal always good with him. They’ve been a fantastic find for us.

My father recently moved into Magnolia Manor, the memory care unit at Willow Grove. I can't say enough wonderful things about the entire staff. Everyone has been extremely helpful, patient and understanding as we journey down this new path. Willow Grove has a very homey feel, and we have already noticed improvements in my dad as a result of this welcoming community. If your loved one is in need of transitioning to assisted living or memory care, I highly recommend checking out Willow Grove of Maumelle.

Bria, a nurse, took time from her lunch last Sunday to show me the Assisted Living facility. My sense is that Elmcroft of Maumelle is exceptional; my favorite among the several care centers I have been involved with for my mother and now for my long time friend. The staff, including Laura Dickerson, were both proud of their many years of employment. The very large main area at the entrance, with windows all area, was calm and inviting, due to an interesting architectural design and updated decor. There is much creativity in the variety of activities available. I was especially impressed with physical therapy program centered around an monthly international "walk through a country." In essence, I believe my friend would be able to maintain, if not imp[rove her overall level of functioning when she arrives at Elmcroft of Maumelle. I sincerely thank you for your outstanding commitment to our elderly.

Following the death of her husband and due to her dementia, we knew my M-I-L would not be able to live alone. We were so happy to find Elmcroft. We saw immediately during the on-site tour that it was a wonderful facility with a fantastic staff. They treat their residents with respect and offer a full range of activities. They take the time to get to know their residents and their families, which made her transition very smooth. After two years, we still feel the same. Their attention to detail with regard to the care they provide their residents is second to none. To know that our family member is so well cared for and that she is happy and content means everything to us, truly a burden lifted. We whole-heartedly would recommend Elmcroft of Maumelle to anyone in need of an assisted living facility for their loved one.
