The whole staff is wonderful they all work very good together I would recommend embassy of swanton to anyone

DENYING PATIENT RIGHTS LISTED AT THE FACILITY! TIME TO CALL IN THE STATE! WHY are the Shower chairs for Heavy set residents All Broken? WHY doesn't your Staff listen to their patients? AIDES REFUSE TO GIVE SHOWERS ON DAY & NIGHT SHIFTS ON SHOWER DAYS!! If we could give this institution a 0, we would! DON'T SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!

My dad did respit care at embassy. There were a couple nice aides but over all the care was terrible. Everytime he came home, his pain meds were never returned and we never got any of his clothes back. The last time he stayed we went in the next day for his clothes and pain meds. They argued saying they returned his medicine, gave us a huge garbage bag of clothes. Before we left, they amazingly found his medicine. The bag was full of poopy clothes that were not his. It was women and mens clothes. The last time he was there, I came in to see him and he had bruises and scratches. They said he fell out of bed but was fine. He didnt go back. Now, a year after he was there we received a bill for thousands. He was in hospice care, and if he stayed past that care, we had to pay in advance. The bill gives no dates, no breakdown of care or any other explanation. It simply says after reviewing his account, they found that he owes. This place is a joke.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Embassy of Swanton. Our family is beyond grateful for the incredible care they provided to my dad. From the moment he arrived, the entire team made sure he was not only well cared for medically, but also treated with kindness, dignity, and compassion. The respiratory therapists were absolutely outstanding—knowledgeable, attentive, and truly invested in his recovery. They took the time to explain everything and made sure he was comfortable every step of the way. The nursing staff was equally amazing. Every nurse we encountered was patient, gentle, and genuinely caring, always going above and beyond to meet his needs and keep our family informed. I also want to highlight the office staff, who were so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, always greeting us with a smile and answering any questions we had. Thanks to this incredible team, my dad is now back home and better than ever. We will always be thankful for the compassion and professionalism shown to him and our family. I highly recommend Embassy of Swanton to anyone looking for exceptional care.
