I did my clinics here and met some of the residents they were nice 👍🏻 the facility was being kept cleaned the bathrooms trash was being kept up heard a lot of interesting stories from them.

I was there for a little a month and I loved it. Very nice people there and they care a lot about their patients. I highly recommend this place. If I needed help with care again I would definitely go back there again.

My mother was here for a month. This place almost killed her. Harry states We're not perfect? We'll Mr. Harry! When it comes to human lives? You better be perfect. This place puts profits over patient care. I want to make sure caregivers know our experience. This place should be investigated by Adult Protective Services.

We are a class of CNA students who did our clinical at this location. Kea, was the CNA who was our proctor. She made my experience enjoyable and educational. Thank you for allowing us to visit and experience the realities of elderly care.

The day we arrived via transport from the hospital, no one at this facility was aware we were coming. No room set up for him, horrible, thin mattresses, broken furniture, no bedding. This place is FILTHY. Sticky, urine stained floors, smell of urine, urinals left full in shared bathrooms. My loved one didn’t eat for half a day because the staff left the food on his table outside of his reach from his bed. He called and called for help but no one came to help him. One day I came in and they left him a wash bin, towels and soap for his ‘bath’. He’s bed bound and couldn’t get up to wash himself. I had to beg staff to take him to the shower room to wash him. I was told they couldn’t “promise anything” about a bath every other day. I can’t count the number of times I came in and he had been sitting him feces and smelled. The upkeep of the facility is disgusting the administrators are worthless. No special diet for anyone - they “get what they get”. This place takes government insurance, so there are several homeless residents that act up, scream and threaten staff.It really was pretty terrifying to be in this place. See my photos
