ENGLISH MEADOWS - INDIAN LAND CAMPUS

My family member is in the bungalows (independent living) & it was awesome at first. But recently new management stopped planning outings, activities, gatherings, anything for the independent living residents. Management does not care about them any more.

My husband has been in memory care for a year now, and it has been the best for him that it could be. The facility is comforting, and he is well taken care of. He is kept clean, safe, well liked, and content. I couldn't ask for more.

My husband has been at the Bungalows for over a year and I couldn’t be happier for the care he receives here. The Bungalows is going through practically a total new staff and the new corporate staff here during this time has been upfront and honest with us caregivers bringing in outside help to get through this transition. They have listened to us and acted on all our concerns. We are still working through this time but I have all my faith in them that the Bungalows will rise to the top of all its competitors.

We moved my father from a top notch very pricey facility in NJ to The Bungalows. Not only is it a fraction of the cost, but we have seen much greater value. The staff genuinely care about their jobs and the residents and we are thankful that we were able to get my father in there. All the staff, especially Becca B, go out of their way to ensure dad is doing his best.

My In-Laws moved into the Assisted Living side of The Bungalows in July and are incredibly happy here! From our first encounter with Casey in Sales and the Director Crissy, to the Head Nurse, “Nurse Becky”, to the amazing Chef staff Reece and Tyler; literally everyone is so kind and welcoming! Nurse Becky is compassionate, kind, incredibly smart and helpful- we couldn’t imagine a better experience anywhere else. All staff knows every resident by name, and even family members of the residents. This kind of personal relationship is imperative to the well being and happiness of each resident. I highly recommend The Bungalows!
