EPWORTH VILLA HEALTH SERVICES

I visited a friend for dinner at Epworth Village and I was impressed. The food was excellent. I had the grill salmon, baked potato , broccoli and chocolate cake and ice cream. My friend took me on a tour - all the amenities and the facilities were very impressive. The staff and people were very nice and pleasant to talk with. I can see why someone would want to live there.

Well. I can say therapy is good. The place looks nice. That's it. The nurses and staff are rude, no introduction, nothing, COLD personalities on all of them. They show they do not care.. I was there and her call light was on for over an hour. They didn't bother to check. I've never seen anything like this. Don't let the looks fool you. The wing we were on was shit. Nurses couldn't be bothered, they would try to find someone else. Bathroom was a mess for days. Gloves on the floor. Pure lazy.

I was hesitant on visiting my grandma, but I got there and its beautiful. They have made it look so cozy and inviting, the Christmas decor makes you feel good about where you put your family. Its clean, it smells much better in comparison than other facilities ive visited. Its a warm Tuscan facility. I would recommend putting your loved ones here. Multiple staff greet you kindly, they complimented our decor we brought.

We love visiting our family here. My husband's parents (now 90 and 87 yrs old) have lived here 12 years and love it! They always show us around, greeting other residents and staff and show is all the things that make this place special.

It's such a huge beautiful facility. The staff through out the whole community are so nice and courteous. I got lost and so many of the staff just continued to guide me to where I needed to be. It has sooo many different food options and stores located inside the buildings. It just seems like the staff are actually happy to be at work. Looking for a place to move my mom and it's at the top of my list. I've seen a few of the options available and the homes are laid out so comfortably. Just so many designs to chose from. It's nice to see all the seniors come together for different activities. I come here because I have a few clients here and it's honestly one of the better operating facilities I've been in. Which is why I started to look at this place for my mom. I just feel like it's a place where my mom can live and still have independence and a community whenever she needs it. Its like taking a deep breath and exhaling, yes this is a great place for the parents.
