Various family stayed here over the years and they have always had a good clean facility with quality employees.

Nursing staff leaves a lot to be desired, They are rude and inconsiderate and scolded my mother when asking for her meds. (she has no dementia and is completely coherent she needs her insulin when she needs it. They view the patient as a bother a waste of their time. My mother has been in there for recovery from surgery for 7 days now after a stay at a hospital rehab where she was receiving therapy. and today is the first day she has seen the therapist since she has been at Fairmount Homes. Quite frankly Medicare will pay for 20 days and it looks like they are just trying to collect the money for as long as they can. I am completely disgusted with the treatment my mother has received. DO NOT PUT SOMEONE YOU CARE ABOUT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

The best home in the area. They realy care about the residents and it shows. My dad is happy living there. I feel so relieved that our family can trust he will have the best care possible. Thank you so much Fairmount staff.

Residents not only have a beautiful view over looking Ephrata in Lancaster County but the facility and services are expanding.
