I will agree that it's clean and the food is good. However some family members are treated like criminals. My brother was here. There was no one capable of coming to visit him unfortunately. Whenever I would call to check on my brother they would tell me to contact the family. I was the family. They could have verified this by asking my brother or checking with local people who knew both of us. Unfortunately because of this situation, my brother had no one to advocate for him and when he was ill no one to talk to him. Because of this, I can't recommend this place.

Numerous falls that then have to be sent out due to broken bones. Preventable diseases processes that have to be shipped out due to poor medical management for example UTIs, Constipation, and dehydration. Patients not being checked on for hours at a time. I do NOT recommend this facility. Administration doing a poor job at managing the facility.

They were so helpful here in answering questions about possible care options for an elderly relative. I even stopped by without an appointment, so I was surprised when I was even offered a tour of the facility. I am so glad that this wonderful community resource exists.

I've recently returned from Fairview after having attended a memorial service for my brother in law. Who lived with my sister in the Fellowship Home Apartments. It has come to my attention that my brother-in-law had fallen outside of his apartment as a result of the fall he broken his back. The area where the event happened has a broken curbing, and doesn't appear to be in ADA compliance. My brother-in-law died as a direct result from said fall. The Fellowship Home refuses to take responsibility for this incident, refused to disclose their liability information to my sister. They need to be held accountable for their negligence, it's time for the Fellowship Home administration to do the right thing.

Helpful and friendly staff. There are always activities going on for the residents.
