they suck about any info u need they don't answer there calls so hope u don't need anyone to speak to

Me and my family were in there to get warm and charge our phones and they kicked us out saying we were loitering when we weren't doing anything wrong.

My experience has been great. My psychiatrist has listened and heard me. They made my therapy appointment quickly and have been absolutely amazing. So supportive. I recommend this place to anyone to help with mental health. I was met with kindness from registering all the way to my appointment.

I'm not sure whether this entity is a non-profit or what, but I can tell you that as a property owner we had a conversation with someone who was looking at renting one of our properties and an individual with this entity identifying themselves as FCC contacted me and I gave them instructions on accessing a property. Afterwards they fail the follow-up what I followed up. They were quite rude over the phone. Whoever this family counseling center is operated by should really have a heart-to-heart with their staff, or if the individual was the manager of the center, they should really take some etiquette lessons. Nobody wants to work with an entity. That's rude.

For a counciling center they are not very professional. They do not communicate you appointments, they will forget your time or appointment outright. The peer councilor I was assigned was rude and unprofessional. He would text me angrily if something went wrong when the problems were an internal issue. I saw a doctor there and was prescribed medication but was never told where to send it, they sent it to their personal choice and not my pharmacy. I had to call to find out info they needed to share upfront. Took almost two months to ever start services and instead of letting me choose how to pay they signed me up for a grant for themselves. Overall, the place seems very unprofessional and inappropriate for a mental health clinic but for free I guess you're getting what you pay for.
