FARMINGTON STATION A SENIOR LIVING RESIDENCE

Farmington Station has undoubtedly been the right choice for our respite situation more than once. The staff, the people in charge, and others have made it extremely comfortable for my wife, several times. When she returned a second time, she responded as though she was home again, by grabbing her suitcase from the car and proceeding to the entrance. When I visited her with our daughter, we felt confident that she was well cared for and very comfortable even when we left. Besides the fact of how she responded to all of this, we found the community to be clean and the workers to seem very happy. Affordable, was just another factor in all of this. She will be visiting Farmington Station again soon, as I get to recharge to continue my care partnering. Thank You All at Farmington Station.

My Mom has been a resident of Farmington station for three years, one year on the assisted living area and the last two years in the memory care area. From day one the entire staff has been nothing less than excellent to my Mom and our family. I am so thankful that we choose Farmington station as my Mom has many new friends there(residents and staff) and she is leading a very health, happy and dignified life there at 93 years old. There are many activities and trips to various locations all the time, so there is always something for them to keep occupied with. The residents menus are healthy and revolving every week. I hope I will be as fortunate to be a resident of a like care facility when my time comes. Glen G.

My dear mother was an assisted living resident at Farmington Station. She and our family had a wonderful experience. I give it my highest recommendation and am thankful for the time we had there. The facility is beautiful and rooms immaculately cared for. My mother enjoyed the food and the wait staff was always attentive. The activities were well planned and plentiful, and while my mother wasn't always the most willing participant, the recreation and nursing staff took the extra time to encourage her and made her feel very included. What our family is most grateful for is the care giving staff. Their attentiveness is top notch and my mother always received immediate attention when using her call-in pendent. The staff was always so patient and kind, and cared for my mother on a personal level. They were exactly what one hopes for when trusting the care of their loved one to others. As we move into another stage of her care, we will always be appreciative of the people here and carry with us found memories of them and our time at Farmington Station.

I am thankful we chose Farmington Station when we needed an independent living facility for my 87 year old aunt with a terminal illness. Every staff member has been 100% wonderful. Friendly. Caring. Communication is excellent. The nursing team in particular is supportive and dedicated.

We have been so Blessed to be able to call The Farmington Station Mom and Dad's home. When our loved one's can no longer manage for themselves, we have to depend on and trust others to do it for us. We have been with The Station since January 21. From independent living to managed care in the Compass Memory Care Unit. I visit several times per week, so I get to see firsthand the level and more importantly consistency of care The Station provides. It's a newer building, very clean and well maintained and the Maintenace department is on top of every need a family may have. Jessica, The Executive Director is Top Notch. She demands excellence from her entire staff, she leads by example, and you can see how her team respects and loves to work for her and our loved ones. Over the last year I have gotten to know so many people that work there, they become your second family. Both mom and dad are now in memory care, and one would have to wonder how you keep Dementia Residents active and engaged? Luke, who is the Director of Compass Programing is amazing. Every day I see this man put together programs, entertainment, awards and recognition to strive to keep the family engaged and busy, he is relentless in his pursuit and his love for his craft is on display everyday he is there. And for the nursing staff, God Bless all of them. The Station has developed a top-notch staff and they truly care for the residents and their needs. I Absolutely recommend The Farmington Station.
