Employees are verbally abusive to the residents and some of the employees, residents are also being inappropriate to the employees and nothing is being done.

My grandfather is currently residing in this place and i cannot thank this staff enough!!!!! Daphanie makes him feel right at home. He is treated like a king! If this is how they treat him i know they are doing their best to make the rest of the residents feel the same. I go once a week to see my grandfather and the facility is always clean and fresh smelling! Thank you thank you and thank you!

My father has been living at Featherstone since July and has been able to stay safe from the pandemic. Because there are several places to meet outdoors, we’ve been able to visit and comply with precautions. The staff are top notch who come from a place of genuine care. And they also follow protocols and guideline without cutting corners. My dad receives medications several times a day, and we haven’t had any issues about missing medications. The nurse and Med Techs are very caring and responsible. The activities director is an extremely enthusiastic person who also gives rides to doctor visits. She is always kind, patient and willing to go the extra mile to help the community feel loved and included. Featherstone has been an answer to our prayers.

Very clean. Absolutely no odors. Very homey atmosphere. Some rooms even have small fenced yards with back door. Friend who lives there says food is good and you can ask for snacks or get drinks.
