DO NOT send your loved ones here! This facility is completely unprofessional, neglectful, and discriminatory. The management mistreats residents and staff, and they allow racist behavior to go unchecked. Employees are blatantly disrespectful to resident’s & other employees , excluding them from important meetings and decisions about their care. To make things worse, the home lacks basic necessities like water for showers, and staff members aren’t even being paid for their work. Despite multiple complaints, HR and management refuse to take action to fix these unacceptable conditions. This place should be investigated immediately for abuse, neglect, and discrimination. If you care about your loved one’s well-being, stay far away from this facility.
