FIELDSTONE AT CHESTER SPRINGS

My family and I recently moved my father in-law to Fieldstone at Chester Springs after an extensive search of personal care facilities in the area. While we toured many nice communities, Fieldstone immediately stood out above the rest. A large reason for that was our first impression of Fieldstone during our tour with Laura Fanning. Laura provided a thorough and informative tour, and took the time to learn about the needs of my father-in-law and my mother-in-law who would be joining him from rehab. Laura was involved in every step of the process through move-in day and still to this day. Laura and the whole staff at Fieldstone made the transition very smooth and they have provided excellent care. Fieldstone is a lovely community with a warm and homey feeling from the second you walk in the door. We are there often to visit my father-in-law and the staff is always very receptive to meeting his needs. Laura always makes herself available for anything that we need and she consistently checks on my father-in-law to make sure he is doing well. We would highly recommend Fieldstone to those looking for a personal care facility for loved ones. It has given us great peace of mind, knowing my father-in-law is in such a nice place and being well cared for by the whole staff.

We chose Fieldstone for Memory Care for our mom because we wanted the highest level of care possible and it has exceeded our expectations. Choosing a memory care community is not only incredibly hard, but it also means placing deep trust in others to care for someone who cannot always tell you if something is wrong. Laura Fanning, the Community Relations Director, and Amanda Berry, the Memory Care Director, have been incredible from day one, attentive, compassionate, and deeply invested in our mom’s well-being. Amanda plans and oversees some of the most amazing activities for the memory care residents, and it shows. Our mom is genuinely happy, smiling, and engaged, and the staff truly know her. After a difficult experience at a previous community, we did extensive research, hired outside consultants, and even worked with private aides before making this move. Every report since has been overwhelmingly positive. It truly feels like a real community here, something that is very rare in this industry. We finally feel at peace knowing our mom is in the right place.

The staff at Fieldstone have been incredibly welcoming to my mother-in-law who just moved in over Thanksgiving of 2025. Working with Laura to make this transition smooth for my mother-in-law was seamless. She was very responsive to our questions and always got back to us very quickly. She even stopped by my mother-in-law‘s new place at Fieldstone on the day of her move-in. It’s wonderful to have this support as you make these transitions in life with family.

From our initial engagement, Laura consistently demonstrated a remarkable blend of compassion and professionalism. Her thorough and insightful tour of the memory care unit, coupled with her thoughtful introductions to key leadership staff, Amanda and Tabatha, immediately fostered a profound sense of confidence and peace of mind within our family. We were genuinely impressed by their collective professionalism, their evident kindness, and the clear dedication they bring to their respective roles. This positive and reassuring experience significantly assuaged many of our initial concerns regarding our mother’s daily care and overall well-being. Our family is profoundly grateful to every member of the Fieldstone team whose unwavering commitment and diligent efforts contribute daily to our mother's comfort, safety, and quality of life. Laura, in particular, consistently distinguishes herself as an exemplary professional and a truly empathetic individual. Her leadership and personal touch are invaluable, and we firmly believe in Fieldstone is exceptionally fortunate to have her talent and dedication within your organization. My mom was living independently until she had a fall a few months ago. She went to rehab and I realized she could not live independently anymore. I wanted her close to me in Chester Sorings and after many calls to local communities on a Saturday the only one that returned my call was Laura the sales director at Fieldstone at Chester Springs. She assured me that they could asses my mom and would put together a care plan for her to be successful with them. We picked out her apartment and months later my 94 year old mother is doing better then I ever expected. The care staff is so caring and she love’s the food.
