This facility is truly a hidden gem in the Siouxland area. The staff are absolutely amazing and care deeply for their residents. The building is comfortable and feels like home. If anyone is looking for a comfortable place with kind compassionate staff, then Floyd Place is the perfect place to live.

Floyd Place was an excellent facility while my grandma was there! It was clean and secure; the two best things. While she may not have been the nicest resident at times, she was always cared for with dignity and respect.
