FOOTHILLS ASSISTED LIVING

I have been up here a few times and I have seen a lot and I've spoken with the residents here about their experience and opinions. Most of the residents complain about not having their rooms cleaned, having no toilet paper and not getting showers like they are supposed to. I have noticed med techs with attitudes and PCA's who don't put effort into anything. From what I have seen and what residents and family members of the residents have told me, they have expressed there concerns and nothing has been done about it.

I have thought highly of this place since they did such a great job with my dad even tho my dad was a big handful. And now I have been trying to get my mother there and a little bit of hold up was getting the proper Medicaid but they told us they were coming to assess my mom on Wednesday and then never showed up. Both I and Anmed tried contacting them to see what happened and they would not take either of our phone calls. This was a disappointment to me and I feel like they judged my mother’s situation because of how my dad was. I now have to respect for Kim or the lady there who conducts the assessments. I went thru hell just to get my mom on Medicaid to get her there and they did this causing another delay. I also called my good friend with medical affairs and let them know what type of things are doing to people who need help.

I don't think the people working there are trained! Isn't this a requirement?
