FOREST GLEN LODGES

The workers here are inhumane and disgusting to the people who need assistance in living.

I was so sad when I realized I needed to move my Mother In Law to a nursing home because we couldn't care for her anymore. We asked the staff at the rehab if they could recommend somewhere that Mom could be happy with her cat. They gave us 3 recommendations, but when we said Mom likes animals better than people they added Forest Glen... thank goodness! It really feels more like a hotel in Colorado than a sterile, boring nursing home! Forest Glen has amazing people... looking at you Heddy and Teresa who are so caring and kind to my Mother In Law. But the best thing is that they have a petting zoo that gets Mom out of her room and makes it pleasure to bring my granddaughter to visit because we can can all go up and look at the animals. No nursing home is perfect and we had a hiccup on move in day, but overall, I couldn't have found a better place for Mom!

The people are nice to a extant, moment the people have issues, the people want to voice to the leaders, but from what it has seemed. It goes to them and that's as far as it goes. When addressing the issues to whomever ever is taking care of the family's, it's a surprise to the workers. Because they have not heard anything of it. Amusing to the leaders I would assume. But to the people needs it's a messy situation. But from as far as i heard. The issues have continued and progress in small ways. Other issues have been fixed but needs attention. You know the story it's a ladder from the top down. Might be nice to look at the top bring the engagement of particular people. But looking clearly it's a muddy puddle they stand in in forms you can see. Nice people for the speaking In the beginning, but if they dont want the issues shown that are seen accusations arises. , it goes toward the unlikely hood of nice greetings. But the care is given to everyone. But where all human the mistakes should be known not hidden. Learned from not passed on. Where only as strong as the lesson we have gone though. Wish I could reverse the time I was ever here. But truth will always come back to show what really happened. Because truth can't change, lies fall apart. To all who should know. It's not negative towards the facility just a note to improve upon. Always be forth coming and the ways of the issues can be fixed if addressing in the appropriate way. Good day take care.
