My wife recently transitioned to Forestview. From the start the staff was helpful, caring and always available for questions. Going through the process is emotionally difficult. Dealing with people that understand this really made things easier. We have found the day to day support excellent. Easy to find someone for help or answer a question. They do all possible to make the residents feel at home. Fully recommend Forestview.

The realization that you are no longer able to care for a family member is devastating. We looked for a memory care facility and found Forestview Manor. Staff took time with us and understood how difficult it was for all of us. Forestview has a team approach to taking care of residents and all staff are trained in memory care- even the maintenance man! Residents enjoy great meals and daily activities, tailored to their needs and abilities. We receive regular updates and continued support, communication has been excellent.

I first became aware of Forest View Manor when my father-in-law's Parkinson's disease reached a point where he needed the next level of care. I asked around my friend's circle for recommendations of local facilities and Forest View Manor got a rave review from a friend whose parents both stayed there. Navigating elder Care can be very challenging, many places I contacted never even responded to My phone calls and emails. Forest view Manor, however got right back to me and helped guide me through the challenging process that lay before me. Unfortunately, my father-in-law never was able to leave the rehab center he was in so we never got a chance to move him over there. My review is based solely on the professionalism and compassion which I received during this transition period. Based on my interactions with Mackenzie, I would highly recommend this care facility to anybody in need of their services.

This facility is lovely and charming and the team running this place is phenomenal! The leadership team was so helpful and accommodating in facilitating a speedy admission for our loved one directly from the hospital. And the clinical staff is patient, caring, and so engaged with all the residents. This has not been our experience with another local facility. So look no further - this is the place you want for your loved one!

Forestview Manor is a beautiful place! More important than the beauty of the facility itself - set in a lovely hillside near Lake Winnipesaukee - is the beauty of the people who work there. They treat each resident with respect and kindness. This gives the place a "homelike" feel where people with dementia can feel comfortable and secure. The staff also provide excellent medical care. Different levels of care are provided in each of the facility's three buildings, creating a continuum of care that allows residents to stay in a familiar place when their condition declines. All of the staff receive specialized training in caring for people with dementia. As a result, they "speak Alzheimer's" and are comfortable responding to the toll it takes on people. And each resident is regularly evaluated by a practitioner who specializes in caring for people with dementia, making sure that their treatment remains up to date. We recommend Forestview Manor without qualification to anyone who has a family member with dementia.
