Management has to work a lot harder at responding to residents complaints. Work orders are put in but nothing is done. Transportation should be extended to accommodate afternoon appointments

Nice apartments, remodeled a few years ago. Lovely dining room where residents gather and socialize. Switch from Atria to Inspirit has so far been a positive change. Friendly residents look out for each other. Not inexpensive but comparable or better to similar facilities. Good location near the center of town, healthcare, etc.

I enjoy my apartment it’s beautiful. Food great and all personal so friendly and helpful!

I did not feel safe, or that privacy was maintained around the maintenance manager and found some interactions unprofessional. I have raised concerns multiple times with both managers and it’s been dismissed. This raised concerns about the general manager’s hiring and supervision decisions.

The one in charge, who plays a critical role in setting the tone and culture of the facility, appears ill-suited for a position of such importance. Her communication style lacks professionalism and empathy—key qualities in any senior care environment. She often speaks down to both residents and staff, and when issues or concerns are raised, she responds with visible annoyance rather than genuine care or engagement. It is also troubling that she is rarely present on-site, frequently leaving early, which further erodes confidence in her commitment and leadership. Her appearance and demeanor do not reflect the standards expected in a professional senior living community, and this sets a poor example for the rest of the team.
