I don’t have anything good to say about Inspirit Assisted Living or Foxbridge. I wish I had filed a lawsuit against the company. However, the upside of not pursuing litigation allows me to leave an informed and honest review of their business. They provided subhuman care that led to my father’s death from septicemia. I was exhausted from extended hospital stays and trying to provide the care that they were contractually obligated to provide for my father when he died. I didn’t have the stamina to pursue a lawsuit within the one year statute of limitations. I did speak with attorneys and researched Inspirit’s, the parent company, after my experience with Foxbridge. They have a long track record of providing subhuman care and reaching legal settlements that require nondisclosure agreements from their clients. Additionally, they continually tried to bill my family for time in their facility after my father’s death, which seemed like a common practice of fraud by the parent company. I’m sure other families who are not consistently involved with the services provided pay assuming the bill is legitimate. The company is so incompetent that after more than a year of threats of pursuing litigation for fraudulent billing and clearly stating my option of their services, they have requested my review three times. Therefore, I have taken the time to respond. DO NOT CHOOSE INSPIRIT / FOXBRIDGE FOR YOUR FAMILY. They are not less expensive than much better facilities and provide no acceptable care at all. Staff is incompetent and they know this. The whole business model is built around cost cutting and the understanding that most families are exhausted and fail to follow up on the daily care provided.

My mother was a resident at Foxbridge for several years before her passing. She loved it there and all of the activities. The staff was always helpful and kind. My brother and I enjoyed the special family events also.

We were very pleased with Foxbridge. Our loved one was there for just a few short months before he passed. A family member went to visit pretty much every day. It was always very clean and the meals were top notch. It was very reasonable and we felt like our loved one was well taken care of. We chose Foxbridge because it was highly recommended by a friend whose mom was there until see passed.

My father, Jerry A., lived at Foxbridge Assisted Living for a year. He absolutely loved it! We loved it! Reasonably priced. Nice cottages. Friendly staff. He received 3 hot home cooked meals each day. Easy to visit with him every day. He sat outside the cottage everyday enjoying the sunshine. And a few times he fished in the pond with a dear staff member. There were activities for all occasions. I appreciate the staff for overseeing him and keeping him safe. He moved in with us when we moved out of the county, that's the only reason we left. And should you need it, they have various levels of care. Most assisted living facilities do not offer the various levels of care if your parent requires increased needs. (you will have to move them). I looked at several places in and around Bartlett. Foxbridge is tucked away, just off Summer Ave. You almost don't know this gem of a place is even there. It's quiet and peaceful. Foxbridge was the best for the money and provided the added benefit of different levels of care as they age.

I had the absolute great fortune to meet Sharon with Foxbridge when I was looking for an assisted living facility for a relative. She called me within minutes of my online inquiry. She listened to my questions and concerns so patiently. I knew immediately she had my relative's best interest at heart. She even met with me and my family after hours to answer our questions and take us on a tour! She went above and beyond in every way she could to make us feel comfortable in our decision. She is an asset to her profession. She truly cares about her job, the residents and the families who turn to her in times of uncertainty when looking for the best place for their family member. I will never be able to say enough good things about Sharon or Foxbridge. Please consider them when you are in need of a facility for your loved one. You won't be sorry.
