The food here is terrible and the types of food that they purchase is very low quality and very little variety..When the dietary department gets a good vegetable in, they don't know how to cook. A lot of vegetables are put in a large pot or kettle with large amounts of waterand boil.it for a large quantity of time until they boil the color, life, minerals and vitamins out. When they pour the water down the drain, they are pouring all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients down the drain.

Brynley Gormley is so kind and patient. She is truly wonderful asset to this company. She is passionate about helping patients and coworkers. She goes above and beyond.

Run far away and don’t send your loved ones here! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The staff is incompetent, lazy, and NEGLECTFUL to their patients. Communicating with anyone there is an absolute nightmare. No one knows what’s going on and one knows how to do their job. This goes for the director and Brynlee the ‘social worker’ as well. The staff will leave their patients to lay in their own mess for hours before cleaning it up. They are very dismissive of their patients needs and concerns. It’s a disgusting and vile place to be. I can’t imagine how bad it is for people there who don’t have any family to advocate for them and speak up. The place is ran like a circus and they treat their patients in the skilled nursing area like dirt.

I was blessed to be sent to this facility for physical therapy. All the staff from the CNA'S, Nurses, and Physical therapist were Great. I never would have been able to make it for almost three weeks without the loving and caring of the people in this place. I watched how they loved and treated the long term residents during my stay as well. I would recommend this place to everyone looking for PT and Long term Care.

My Dad was at the Villa twice prior to his passing. The staff is friendly and attentive. My Dad absolutely loved his therapists and said they were some of the best therapists he had ever seen and were truly helping him in his recovery. The Villa is very clean and doesn't have any of the typical home smells. My brother is a pastor and is in many nursing homes all across Texas and said the Villa was one of the nicest places he had been in.
