The drinks and pastries are absolutely spectacular! They have a variety of different flavors and kinds of drinks— not to mention the great prices! The workers are the sweetest. 10/10 recommend!

Everyone is so friendly, especially MJ. The receptionist in the front she greeted Us in guided me to check in and told me my father is a very wonderful person. I went and saw my father we came down for lunch. Lunch was delicious and We saw MJ in like I said a very pleasant person. Thank you for having a wonderful receptionist.

My mother in-law is a patient at Encore Rehab and everyone there is polite and very helpful when questioned about her care. Because of her physical therapist, she is quickly recovering. I want to send a special thanks to the social worker Linda. Linda was always ready to help and get involved with my mother in-laws recovery. I also wanted to thank Rachna for my mother-in-Law’s care. She was always pleasant and willing to help her. I also want to thank Zoie for her kindness , help, and understanding. I’m stopping here or I’ll run out of room praising the Encore’s staff. GREAT JOB GUYS!

I travel to many different retirement facilities for work and i’ve never see a cafe as nice as the Golden Brew! It’s fantastic for the residences but I wish it was a chain so I could visit more often! The drink specials are so fun and food and pastry items are gorgeous! They were having a cookie special for valentine’s day and it was so adorable. Plus the people were so friendly to me and their familiar faces. 10/10

If I could give a negative rating I would. My mother was in the SNF for rehab. She was there for 10 1/2 days before we transferred to a new facility. There is not enough staff and my mom was neglected. The staff that works there should be held accountable for lack of care. My mom would press the button for assistance and wait times would be well over two and half hours. I had to call the facility multiple times to check on my mom since she texted me from bed. Lack of response occured on a daily basis. Food is not edible. No plans in terms of seeing a doctor for an overall assessment. No set schedule for physical therapy. Would not recommend this place for any loved one.
