Fulmers is a very caring Assisted Living Home. If I wrote everything positive I’d run out of room. I had my first experience with Fulmers 20 years ago with my Mom who had MS. Some of the same staff are still there and that says a LOT! We had our second experience with my Mother In-law in 2024-2025 and I can’t say enough about our positive experience again. The Fulmer family truly offer this much needed help in caring for loved ones as a ministry, it’s not just a business for them. I believe they offer the most affordable out of pocket assisted living available, which made it possible to privately pay. We originally planned on a day by day, but that turned into a long term temporary stay that ended up because of her continued decline medically to staying permanently, until she needed nursing home care for medical reasons. Jeff Fulmer and all his caring staff always went out of their way to help us and my Mother in-law in whatever way was needed to give her the best care possible. I always say there’s nothing perfect except being healthy, caring for yourself and living at home but when that’s no longer possible Fulmers is where I’d choose again for another family member if the need arises.

Deciding with or for a loved one to move into a personal care facility may be one of the most difficult decisions you make in life. I would like to share from personal experience with my mom that Fulmer's Personal Care Facility is truly exceptional! The biggest take-away is the family-like atmosphere, which is truly heartwarming. You can tell they genuinely care about their residents, and we felt (and very much still feel) like an extended part of their family. The nurses are adept at identifying when residents are in distress, even if they are unable to communicate it verbally. They are incredibly knowledgeable, and the entire staff supports one another, pitching in on any job that needs to be done. In addition, the in-take process was quick and smooth, making the admission stress-free. The phones were always answered promptly any time of day that I called to check in. The office staff is fantastic at keeping things organized, making appointments and making sure the family is well-informed. The facility owners are flexible in allowing residents to decorate their rooms, making it feel more like home, and they are the ones who set the stage for operating a respectable, loving and caring facility. Fulmer's is a shining example of what a personal care facility should be!

My Aunt needed some personal care and we heard of Fulmer’s. Checked it out and it was affordable! Took a Tour and the rooms are great, there are places they can sit to watch TV, and make friends outside of their own rooms. Great meals and can even go outside whenever they want to. They have activities for the residents. We celebrated my Aunt’s 88th birthday there , We met some awesome Friends and Residents. Everyone was like Family to my Aunt and of course us! Some very talented residents, they love company too, and of course they have awesome stories to tell!! Highly Recommend ❤️
