The Gables at Brady Circle is a cozy community, a small group of bungalows that are home to 6-8 residents each. They have 24/7 in-house coverage by caring nursing staff to assist mom when she needs. I'm impressed with this ratio. It is a very clean and newer facility. Mom has been there 3+ months now, and I'm thankful for the attentiveness they give her and the peace of mind it provides us knowing she is in a safe environment, well fed and, monitored for those times we cannot be there. We can even buy her some of her favorite foods and treats to keep in the house kitchen for when she wants it. As her memory and condition change, the aides update me regularly. I do wish there was a main house phone to reach staff rether than depending on their personal cell phones. The furnished private rooms are on the smaller side with the intention of encouraging residents to spend more time together, socializing in the common spaces. (living room/ dining room). We opted for a room with a private bath and also to use moms own furniture, which made the transition a little easier and things seem more familiar. Everything is included in one price, which is nice for budgeting. We have had some issues getting moms special hearing impaired phone connected. The owner, Ryan, has been responsive with updates, and it is scheduled for install this week. I can call or text him anytime with questions or issues. There is a lovely outside space with a picnic shelter for the nicer days, when residents can visit with their families or they can have a community meal or activity. I'm so glad we found the Gables for mom. I visited many other larger facilities in St Louis and St Charles County and they all had lots of elevators and a maze of hallways to find her room or where to go to eat. They were not conducive to someone with memory issues who was still independently mobile. This is a comfortable living space; a home where she has made friend with staff and residents, as have we.

I give this place 1 star just because the facility is very nice and clean, but other than that it's not a good place. The owner Ryan Bentley isn't about business, he lies and don't follow through with anything that he say he will do. The food is so horrible there to where I had to bring her food every since she been there. Just this pass Friday they served the residents soup, toast, cracker and a tangerine. On Saturday at the time that I was removing her from this place for dinner the residents had some dried out hamburger helper with a slice of bread cut in half. This is down right ridiculous! My mother's tv never worked since she had been there also the tv in the living room only shows one channel and the remote control is broke and aide Vivian don't know how to dial out on the house phone which that is ridiculous as well. I never received the paperwork that I was supposed to has received from enrolling her from him and never received a handbook on how the facility is ran. I was told by a resident that they been left in the house often by themselves, which is a way for a resident to get hurt and the family could sue for elderly neglect. There is a washer in the house, it has been broken for 2weeks and the owner knows it but he haven't gotten it fixed yet, I was told the the aides has to go to other houses to wash and dry the residents clothes, again ridiculous! The aides cooks the food, their is no actual chefs or cooks that prepared this food. I was told if the residents don't eat what is cooked then they don't eat unless a family member brings them food. This was absolutely as waste of time viewing this place and taking my mother there, for her to only go back home within 2weeks. I hope you get your business together and be more involved doing check ups and getting cooks and buying good quality food and not have your aides to cook the food. If you don't turn this around and be about your business then you will not be in business very long, because alot of people care about there families and is more involved and the ones that are not they don't know what's going on because they don't care, but I care about mines. Also you hired someone that don't speaks english and have to speak to someone through a translator, your staff and families of the residents needs to know what he or she is saying. I hope you see this review and turn this around and get better with your professionalism and spend the money that needs to been spent on your facility for these residents. You can't go cheap on food, washer, dryers and your TV system when you are running this type of business. There is no excuse for your washers to be broke for 2weeks to where your staff have to go to another house to wash and dry clothes and it's no excuse for the bad quality of food being served to these residents, when you are making an extra amount on money off of them.

Nice place for my loved one to have a calm, restful environment. In this small home setting, she is taken care of by friendly and smiling aids who are consistent with their gentle redirection and/or helpfulness. It is spic'n'span inside and has nice outdoor central area for family visits.

Calm environment, clean bathing room, private rooms, nice open campus, residents kept clean, good food, and you can communicate with the owner! Mom is there with dimentia and partially blind. It is an affordable small home setting, that keeps your loved one clean, dressed, out of bed, and fed.

My husband has lived at the Gables for a year and a half. I rest easy because I know he is safe and well cared for. He is in a HOME with 7 others and 1 or 2 staff which is a great ratio. They have their own kitchen, living room and dining room. He tells me the food is good and from what I have seen it is true. It is a flat price for everything and because they are not charging me extra for laundry or administering medication, I know exactly what my bill will be at the end of the month. If I see something that seems off, I go directly to the Head Nurse or the Owner. They ALWAYS respond appropriately and in a timely manner. They treat me with respect and kindness even if I am bring an issue to their attention. No, it isn't like having them at home. I don't think any place would meet those standards. Nevertheless, I know he is safe, well fed, able to be outside and has his own private room. It is very much a community in progress. One that I am thrilled to have found.
