GARDEN VILLAS SOUTH

Front desk unhelpful in helping locate residence, and providing smooth delivery service.

This is one of the top places that we have reviewed. Claire did an excellent job of giving us a tour and answering all questions. Two minor issues are the lack of laundry facilities in the room and the shortage of non reserved parking. The alternate meal plan looked very interesting. The entire facility was very clean and well maintained. We were impressed with Garden Villas South and will keep it on our list. I told Claire I would call her if I had more questions.

I can't say enough about this amazing community! My Mom and Dad moved into Garden Villas South in 2012 when my Mom's health began to decline. My Dad has been a resident ever since. He will turn 96 in August. There is no question that being part of this vibrant community is what has kept him going all of these years. He particularly enjoys the games and activities during happy hour. Most importantly we know he is cared for and loved every day. The staff at Garden Villas go out of their way to make the residents feel at home. Thank you Michelle, Becky, Jeannie, Chris and the entire staff for all you do for my Dad and all the residents at Garden Villas day in and day out. We so appreciate your care, concern, love and friendship:)

My mother has been living in assisted living for over a year. We are happy with the staff, they are so kind and friendly. The dining room is very nice and meals are carefully arranged and changed so it doesn’t get boring. She went from being alone in her home to her own apartment which is cleaned regularly, with a lot of activities for all. They have an indoor pool and the residents and their families can use it. A lot of entertainment and happy hour with bingo.

Becky was pleasant and comprehensive. The facility was immaculate, and the residents were friendly. I love the pool and the free ice cream! Also, the flexible meal plan appeals to me. You are top on my list!
