Very happy and satisfied with the care my loved one received at The Palms. I’ve always thought nursing facilities to be a bit scary, but thanks to my experience there at The Palms I have nothing but good things to share. I have to mention specifically the director Tiffany Amey who went above and beyond for my loved one and our visiting relatives. She was so kind, gentle and caring. And for that we are all truly grateful.

I can't express enough about the quality of service that is provided to my mother on a daily basis. The staff and it's leader team has gone over and beyond to provide my mother five star service at the Palms at Lake Spivey.
