GARDENS OF ROME , THE

I have visited this Facility atleast 3 times a week and the staff is great. The director Mrs Erica is the nicest I have met to be in her seat. I want to thank her for kindness her care for being so nice and caring. Her assistant Kayla is great also.My hat goes off to these two ladies. Thanks for showing that caring is more than just a job. I recommend them to anyone in town.

The dog and pony show they put on to get you there makes you think you are doing the very best thing for your loved ones. They tell you all about the ratio of staff to residents and it sounds great. What they don’t tell you is that the same staff that is supposed to provide care for your loved one also has to clean, cook, serve meals, administer medication and do laundry. There were many times immediate care wasn’t available for my grandmother because staff were stretched way too thin. We were also told the day that my grandmother passed away that we would receive a refund for the remaining days of that month. I had to call several times to even be told the amount and now it’s been 4 months and still no refund. When I call now I am told that who I need to speak to isn’t available and I don’t receive a call back.

Highlands Senior Living Rome is the best living facility around. The care staff is nice and attentive. The Executive Director Savannah Jones is the best Director I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting; she is very knowledgeable and helpful in many aspects. If you’re looking for a place to put a loved one Highlands Rome is the best choice it’s literally home away from home.

I recently toured their facility. The staff was super kind and super helpful. Unfortunately, the price range was a little bit out of our budget, but if we could have afforded it, I would’ve loved to put my grandmother there! I believe our tour was in the middle of activity hour the seniors were outside having ice cream floats listening to the best “oldies music” having a complete Blast they were the sweetest staff they offered us ice cream floats and asked us to join the festivities 10/10 I recommend

The Gardens of Rome was my Mother’s home for almost 3 years! I can honestly say the care and love she received there was equal to or better than if she had been with a family member! She loved each and every one of her caregivers and always had a big smile on her face when they entered her room! Whether they were there to care for her or just sit and visit with her, she always felt the love and for that I am grateful! Mom passed way May 4, 2023, and everyone of her caregivers and staff were there with us when she took her last breath! They loved her like family, as she loved them! Forever thankful and blessed for them! A big thank you to Savannah Jones, executive director, for being there with us every step of the way! We love you all!
