OAKS AT SHILOH POINT

My husband was in memory care at the Oaks at Shiloh Point. I found the staff to be very caring and they always called me if there were any changes in my husband. They work very hard to keep the residents comfortable and well fed.

We visited today and met with staff and residents for several hours. Michelle, the coordinator, was wonderful! She interacted with the residents in ways that made each of them feel special, she helped us be of the greatest assistance to the group, and she facilitated a wonderful afternoon for all. I could tell this job was a love and a life-calling for her. It was so nice to see all the residents happy and engaged!

Home away from home is how my mom describes her surroundings and experience living at Oaks at Shiloh Point. At 94 years old, Mom is thriving at Oaks Assisted Living. She receives the very best support and care. Everyone that works at Oaks are lovingly vigilant in making sure Mom is safe, happy and healthy. Just ask her!! It is truly her home. This is a five-star Assisted Living community and a perfect fit for our mom. We highly recommend Oaks at Shiloh Point Assisted Living.

I have seen first hand the dedication that Oaks at Shilo Point put into providing the best care for its clients. The staff are very caring and hard working. It is a busy place with lots of organized activities and volunteers participating with the residents. The facility is well run and kept very clean and organized. We were in a really tough situation with my mom and needed help quickly and with some compassion. We got both and we are so grateful!! Nicholas, the Director, is a breath of fresh air and helped get my mom get in and get comfortable without going directly to memory care. This took a little extra work but they were up to the task. She is so happy and speaks about him all the time in a great way!! Everyone else has also been so helpful especially Michelle the Social Director and Julie the Assistant Administrator. I recommend The Oaks at Shiloh to anyone I can now.
