It took a long time for them to get going, it's currently having renovations. The residents some need to actually need a nursing home, are afraid or have accepted they may be spending the rest of lives there, court ordered, or just fell on hard times that probably is forced to be there. Otherwise, at some point it's not the worst place. It's not recommended personally not be there if you have any allergies and you are being treated for those allergies. Otherwise for us with mild allergies, you might be treated like that you don't care about your allergies. Tips: Buy a laundry bag that is washable, less wasted plastic bags and it's a little cheaper than constantly needing plastic bags. A small freezer might be better than a refrigerator, maybe even both. They take away your devices like phone, tablet and laptop PC despite not using the internet that is only available for the doctors and nurses. The upside, they let you have video games like the Nintendo Switch. Be careful because you're dealing with people who have addictive personalities. Sharing your video games might give them the idea to take it for themselves. However I personally do kind of wish there were more people to play video games with me that own their own console. Lock down your food, important belongings, and things people get tempted to steal. Learn to say no, no matter how much you consider yourself a nice person. Giving out food, even being well-meaning. You should consider that someone may be allergic to what you are giving out. Don't give away your cigarettes, I say this as a non-smoker because even as a non-smoker, I witness every night/day, some residents who are on restriction (punishment) constantly bugging staff for their cigarettes and they don't really even ask nicely. You're not snitching if you report people for things like peeing outside. It's not snitching if it's something that's affecting everybody, especially if it's something dangerous.

Ran down nasty place. Very sad they take money from these people to live the way they do highway bridges look better.

if there are bed bugs there im gonna be pissed this place already ignores my moms wishes and wont let her mail her daughters money orders for the holidays owner is rude to me and corrects me all the time when i call and get his name wrong big deal with sass in his voice so unprofessional.

I feel for the residents at this facility. The bed bug infestation is heart breaking, the staff is hateful towards the residents and the owner doesn't care one bit.
