This place is horrible the residents get mistreated and yelled at. Nothing gets fixed by management.

Amazing caregiver Tiffany helped me tremendously during the passing of my uncle. Later found out she was only a 18!?! Amazing to see what the younger generations are doing for families here!🩷🄰

This place is not a legitimate business. I’ve heard from a couple of past employees who talked about the residents being neglected and also being mistreated as employees of the place….. cutting hours for petty reasons, having to sign an unusual amount of documents before ā€œhireā€, and my own sister didn’t receive her W2….. Horrible place.

This is such a wonderful and beautiful place. They give the best care to all residents. And the staff is amazing.

I first talked to Rachel at Goodlife in August 2018. Both my parents were suffering from dementia and were steadily declining. My husband and I were at the end of our rope. They needed 24 hour care. I talked to Rachel, who managed the facility. Both my parents went in September 15, 2018. I visited them often and I always found my parents clean, fed and receiving all their medications. I was notified immediately of any health issues, but more importantly when I would visit I would see them loved. Many times I would find Rachel there sitting with the residents laughing with them or just holding their hands comforting them. It's not all sweet tender moments either; the seniors there can sometimes get very angry and frustrated because of their dementia and I have seen the staff there with the patience of Job keeping them calm and diffusing those moments. My Dad passed in November 2018 and my mom more recently April 2020. Unfortunately because of Covid , I could not be with my mom, but I felt better knowing that when she passed that there were people that she loved and that loved her by her side. I am sorry to say I hear that Rachel has left, so I sincerely hope that they can continue to give the good care and love that I have always seen there.
