Good Samaritan Society - Las Cruces Village

The staff is professional, caring and giving. They allowed us to celebrate a birthday with our family in my husband's room. This included four grandkids from out of state. Thank you to the staff for being the people you are.

I came to visit my neighbor who was recovering from surgery. Your staff was friendly and helpful to me,( I got lost) but I also liked the way they treated & spoke to my friend. I have been in a lot of assisted living & facilities similar to yours. My best friend is a registered Geratologist & I cut hair for her elderly who can't afford that service, plus I watched over 2 aunts in assisted living & nursing facilities and was with them in their passing, & my mother also. Staff that was empathetic & compassionate was rare. I partly blame under-staffing for that.(Back home, finding an employee that wants to work & can pass a drug test is difficult). I was watching your staff interaction with residents & with my friend & her roommate. I was impressed with their demeanor & compassion.. Lastly.. I have NEVER heard a friend or relative in an assisted living or nursing home or rehabilitation facility say the food was good. My friend said your food was good! That was a first for me to hear! Good Job!!!

Nurses staff maintenance. They are all very prompt at what they do. I love that they care for the patients. They’re all awesome. I appreciate you guys very much for taking care of the loved one that’s in there that we have.

This is a phenomenal Facility!! The staff are caring and professional. Specifically, I would like to highlight a specific Nurse by the name of Irish. She takes care of her patients as if they’re her own family.The Staff is the best at what they do.

I went there today to visit a dear friend who is rehabilitating after surgery. I was pleasantly surprised that for a facility that’s been around for many years, it was fresh and clean. The staff was friendly and kind.
