Grace House Of Windham

The Grace House is a really special place. My father lived out the last year of his life here. The owners, nurses, aids, and housekeeping are amazing people with big hearts. They truly get to know your loved one, and they provide exceptional care. I highly recommend The Grace House and their services, and I'm very thankful for the compassionate and dignified care they provided for my father.

My mother Rosa spent almost 2 years at Grace House before passing away … Rosa had advanced dementia , she was frail and wheelchair bound … could not be cared for at home anymore … Grace House was as cllose to home care as one could imagine . small facility .. only 17 residents …The door always open for family members .. I could come visit at meal times and sit at the table and feed her .. during the summer she had a ‘picnic ‘ with me on the shaded patio …and she could listen to her favorite music. … When she got ill the nursing staff was efficient and skilled and she was sent to the local hospital ED promptlly .. I cannot thank enough the whole team at Grace House …you gave my mom excellent care and loving … will miss you all .. you became family to me Simonne Stahl M.D

Grace House Of Windham is an amazing unique memory care assisted living . The team at Grace House holds care and compassion to the highest standards of excellence and creates customized care plans for each residents individual needs. Additionally, the staff is highly trained to utilize medical equipment such as hoyer lifts when needed - no need to move your loved one whose needs increase. So glad I found them!!! Such a blessing to so many. Thank you Grace House of Windham for all you do!
