OAKS AT GRACEMONT

This place and the staff deserve far more than 5 stars. The staff, Ladonna, KC, Ashley, Stormy, countless others, are so incredibly caring and helpful. They truly love the residents and their families. It shows in every single interaction. The facility itself is bright, modern, and spotlessly clean. They provide residents with menu options for meals and also have food available all day. The rooms are spacious and modern. I cannot recommend The Oaks at Gracemont enough. God Bless you all, thank you for everything you did for dad and my family.

By far the BEST place for your loved ones. We explored several locations around the Cumming area. Oaks at Gracement was not only the most stunning, clean, happy environment but the staff is the most LOVING group of individuals you will come by. KC is a remarkable manager, Ashley helped with everything and Stormy took the best care of our dad. They love fiercely, they care and show deep compassion. Rooms are spacious and food is delicious and made with care. It was also the BEST price we found, which shocked us because dad needed high level care. Dad didn't want to go but he quickly realized it is a special place. I wish everyone on their team success and joy. You won't find a better place to care for your loved one than Oaks at Gracemont. And if you talk to a resident, they would agree. Everyone is happy. Thank you to the staff at Oaks at Gracemont for making a difficult time, easy and comforting. You're doing a great work.

Oaks at Gracemont has been a blessing to our family. My mother absolutely loves all the staff and residents. They go above and beyond to care for the residents. I am incredibly happy with everything The Oaks at Gracemont provides. I can sleep at night now knowing she has the best care.

Walked in to get some information, and I was immediately greeted by LaDona, who was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with seniors in mind. You can tell the staff truly care about creating a comfortable and safe environment. Very impressed with the overall atmosphere and level of professionalism!

Brought my kids here for a program called “angel hour” where the children come in and do a craft and read a story to the residents. I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect but my little boys loved it! They opened up and adopted a few grandparents along the way. The facility, residents, and the employees are so nice!
