GRAND ROYALE, THE

The Grand Royale is a beautiful facility with the most amazing residents and staff, they are busy having fun such as the chiefs parade where KC wolf came to visit, holiday parties and weekly happy hours. The facility is clean and well decorated, The rates are fair with other facilities in the area, The Grand Royale Senior Living is a great place to bring your loved one!

Nothing but good things to say about this facility. Was not sure what to expect after looking around at other facilities with issues such as cleanliness, care and price while trying to find a place for my mother to stay. My first concern with The Grand Royale was a bit longer travel time (for me) to visit with mom, especially considering how many care facilities there are right around my area. That being said I feel we could not have made a better decision for her care than what The Grand Royale has to offer! The staff are professional and very nice, the activities are plentiful, and mom says the food is fantastic. This place is very nicely decorated and first and foremost is clean! If you have a loved one looking for independent or assisted living you should definitely check this place out, I’m glad we did.

Nice and clean facility, staff were friendly and welcoming during our tour. We had previously toured here a few years ago but weren’t quite impressed enough to move our dad in. Heard there were new owners and a lot of things had been changed so decided to give it another look. So glad we did, lots of improvements have been completed. Look forward to moving dad in soon! He is going to love it there.

My mom has been there for a little over a year. The staff really care about the residents. We considered going elsewhere after they shut down the skilled nursing facility, which was one of the reasons we chose here. A new investor came in 2024 along with new management. They've definitely done a lot of positive things for the place and my mom is very comfortable. I know there are negatives and positives at any assisted living facility but I have very few negatives when it comes to the Grand Royale. They are always doing fun activities for the residents. I appreciate what they have done for my mom. She's had a lot of health struggles and they have been wonderful.

Definitely a 4.5 star review. Was a bit nervous about the past few reviews of the place but after touring twice with my friend for their family member, once just us and then again with their brother, without a doubt those issues were not under the current facility. Seems to have been part nursing home(never been in one with great things to say about it) with assisted and independent but nursing home side has been closed almost a year & converted into additional Assisted Living. Minus the conversation of it, there was ZERO feeling of nursing home ways. New ownership based out of the Midwest area & staff was amazing. Lunch was great and some residents & families seemed very happy with all the changes they have seen and know is coming. Spoke very highly about the management listening & compassionate about them. Can't wait to help them move in soon and hope a spot is open when I need to look for my loved one also. Might even use the respite stay to have mom and dad test the waters.
