GRAND VILLA OF ORMOND BEACH

I recently went with my Aunt Garcelle to tour Grand Villa of Ormond Beach. The experience was excellent, and the facility made a strong impression. We met with Austin, who was professional and informative, guiding us through the beautiful grounds and amenities. I also had the pleasure of meeting Lisa, the Nursing Director of Assisted Living. Lisa was particularly impressive; she presented as very strong, confident, and knowledgeable about resident care and the community's protocols. Overall, we really liked Grand Villa and the employees we encountered. The staff's expertise and welcoming demeanor make it a top contender for my aunt.

My mom loves her home at the Grand Villa. She has made many friends. The staff are the shining stars as they all know her name and make everyone feel welcome when they come to visit! There are activities everyday that she can participate in if she chooses. I think her favorite is the monthly excursion out to lunch at a local restaurant. She also enjoyed playing putt putt golf, having lunch at the ocean, and taking walks on the trail in downtown Ormond Beach.

The move in process was easy and the nurse, director and activity person came to greet me. It feels like home already after 3 days. The maintenance staff is friendly and accommodating.

I think Grand Villa is a lovely new home for me. I've had a lot of medical issues and am not able to live alone. Everyone here is friendly and kind. We have lots of activities which really help the time pass nicely. We play cards dominoes and many other things. Grand Villa feels like home and I feel I have made a terrific choice. I hope to live my life out here with a wonderful staff and very special friends

Grand Villa of Ormond Beach is a warm, welcoming, and well-run community. The staff is caring and attentive, and the environment feels like home. A special thank you to Austin — he’s incredibly helpful, kind, and always goes above and beyond. His support made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares.
