GREAT OAKS

My mother has been in memory care at Great Oaks for a few years. Any time she has had to have a procedure done the staff take excellent care of her and make sure she gets everything she needs. She went in for a post-op appointment today and the doctor said everything looked great!

I can't say enough great things about Great Oaks Senior Living and all the people that work there. My mom has lived there for over 2 years and is doing better than she did for the prior 10 years. Everyone is so friendly and caring, from those in administration, to the med techs, to those that greet you at the front desk. They have an amazing activities coordinator who always has fun things going on, from birthday and holiday celebrations to crafts and bingo. They go on weekly outings as well. And their resident care team is wonderful. Did I mention they have their own pharmacy? Or the amazing movie theater they have? They even have exercise classes. The best part is the friends my mom has made and the socialization she has now. My mom enjoys living there and I love knowing she's in a safe place and someone's always near by in case she needs help. I would recommend Great Oaks to anyone in a heartbeat.

FANTASTIC PLACE! VERY CLEAN! My mother and I were very picky when it came to finding an assisted living place. Great Oaks ticked all the boxes. All the staff from top to bottom are friendly and helpful. They understand how upsetting change can be and have helped my mother and I thru the adjustments. They care for not only for the residents but also for the family in that they are always available for questions and updates. I would totally recommend this place to anyone seeking assisted living.

I recently did a tour with my Godmother at Great Oaks. It was wonderful! The facility was clean. All of the residents were either eating in the nice dinning hall or participating in bingo or some other activity. All with smiles!! The staff all were very kind and with smiles also. Seemed like a great place to be!

My dad lived at Great Oaks several years and we never had any issues with any of the staff. From the kitchen staff, nursing staff, administrative staff, everyone there treated him like he was family and made him feel at home there. There are so many activities there to choose from, making it a great atmosphere to get to know one another and that helps so much for such a big change from moving from home to assisted living. I wouldn’t hesitate to have any of my family live there. It’s a wonderful feeling knowing your loved one is being taken care of and Great Oaks did an amazing job. Highly recommend.
