GREENS AT CANNONDALE, THE

This review is for a community tour that I had at The Greens at Cannondale. The Sales team was very professional and approachable. The community was well-maintained and the staff were friendly. The location is in a great part of Wilton and set back in a peaceful area with a lot of green space. It is also a great feature to have a Nuvance office on-site to support a loved one’s healthcare needs. Would definitely recommend looking at The Greens at Cannondale if you are looking at senior living options in Wilton!

When we were out of state and had our mother at The Greens @ Cannondale, we knew she was getting excellent care. We got regular updates, we didn't have to worry about getting her to/from doctors appointments, and we knew she was being bathed, fed and had TONS of activities to do each and every day. She loved being in the garden and spoke of it often. It felt like we had left her with family. It was the perfect place for mom and she thrived in the care. Highly recommend for worry-free compassionate care for your loved ones.

The Greens is well staffed with professional caring and friendly employees who have been working there for years. They really get to know the residents and their families. The surrounding grounds is park like with sidewalks and beautiful gardens. The dinning hall is formal with a great chef. There is live music entertainment indoors and out several days a week. Creative fun family days once a month. Knowing my father was in good hands gave me peace of mind.

There are so many great things to say about the Greens at Cannondale! My sister and I had looked at many facilities for our elderly cousin who could no longer live alone and the Greens surpassed them all. The administrators, Kristen and Mary Ellen, were extremely professional and caring and answered all of our inquiries during the tour, and before and after my our cousin moved in. The rooms are beautiful and extremely well equipped. The Greens has many activities the clients can participate in as well as informational meetings for families. The staff is exceptional! They are professional, empathetic and comforting and offer the best of care for our cousin who loves being at the Greens! Many thanks to the entire staff at the Greens!

The Greens has been a godsend to my mom and to our family. Mom is very happy with her apartment, the activities offered, and the sense of community she feels every day. Mom has moderate dementia. We are grateful beyond words for the wonderful staff that look after her. They are vigilant, attentive, warm and caring, and professional. The high degree of communication within the staff is impressive, as is the communication with us as family. The measures taken during the pandemic have been and continue to be prompt, thoughtful, appropriate, and successful. We visited 12 residences for Mom before settling on The Greens as far and away the best facility we found. We all couldn't be happier with The Greens.
