Greentree at Mt. Vernon

My family member has just recently made the decision to leave their home of 50 years and transition to assisted living. GreenTree is a beautiful facility with amazing staff that have helped us make this difficult decision with dignity and comfort. Through their attentive care not only to our questions and concerns, but to the residents that we see when we visit, they have given us confidence that this is a place where our loved one will be treated as family. Everyone we’ve encountered from office staff to dining room to housekeeping exemplifies compassionate caregiving.

GreenTree at Mt Vernon is amazing!! I can’t say enough positive things about my experience getting my mom placed there. The staff is beyond helpful, knowledgeable and dedicated to helping meet our needs. We’re in the process of moving her in and I have no doubt she will thrive here. My mother-in-law has received excellent care at Greentree! We could not be happier! The staff are so friendly and professional. They are observant and have alerted us to issues or medical emergencies right away. When we had questions about adjusting the level of care, Lana met with us via FaceTime to discuss our concerns and work out a plan for care going forward. The entire place is very clean and runs efficiently!

Green Tree is amazing! We placed my dad there for respite care while we went on a family vacation and I was blown away at the extraordinary care he received! When my family walked in they couldn't believe how nice the entire facility was. My kids...even my 20 year old said "Mom this is like a beautiful hotel"! That made me feel so much better about leaving him. Knowing he was in a beautiful, clean, comfortable facility was so comforting to me. My dad struggles with his memory, but that was no problem for the staff at Green Tree. They went above and beyond each and every day! Dad loved it there. We loved it there. It was a Win-Win!!! In fact, dad even said the food was better at Green Tree than what we fix him at home. At first I was a little shocked, but the more I thought about it I am so thankful to know he loved the food! We like to eat so this was one of the BEST compliments my dad could give them! We look forward to having him stay again and one day calling Green Tree his home! Thank you Green Tree Staff for a job well done!

As a professional Santa, I have the privilege of visiting several nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Visiting Greentree is always a treat. The facility is super nice, clean, and inviting to enter. Once inside, you notice the clean and pleasant environment. When making my visit with the residents, I notice that they are happy and well taken care of. I know, when Santa visits, you try to be your best, but this goes beyond that A very nice place with very high standards. Also, the staff is great to work with. All on the nice list. Your visit will rewarding.
