After struggling with dementia for many years, my mom finally found peace this past month. I met the new owners/managers, Manuel and Mirabella, and and I know my mom continued to be in excellent, loving hands during her last days. Their home remains a warm, clean, very efficient senior care facility (but also true home) and I highly recommend Hamilton Mill for anyone who needs to navigate the very tricky world of senior care for a loved one.

Joe and Allis took wonderful care of my father who stayed with them for about 2.5 weeks so that my mother could take a much-needed break after being the primary caregiver for years. Our family was so grateful for the attention and personal care my father received at Hamilton Mill Senior Care. I appreciated the communication and updates that were provided during his stay. We first met Joe and Allis in Jan 2024 when we visited their center while looking for a home for our 98 year old mother. Our first impression was how beautiful their home/center was. Both Joe and Allis welcomed us and spent a great deal of time sharing their vision and commitment to their residents. We brought mom back for a visit and she immediately fell in love with them and the facility. Their warm and caring personalities made mom feel very secure and they immediately became friends. When move in day came, mom was anxious but at ease with how smoothly it went. She settled in almost immediately. Both Joe and Allis are exceptional people who care deeply for their residents. As mom began to have physical difficulties, they knew what to do and how to respond to every need. Mom often said how secure she felt and how much she loved being there. Our family was extremely pleased with everything that they did for mom. If you are looking for a safe, supportive, involved care center for your loved one, we can without hesitation recommend Hamilton Mill Senior Care. They are awesome !!

My grandma was blessed to be at this home for almost two months and as it was shorter than we all would have liked Joe and Allis and the staff were amazing and showed my grandma the love and care she deserved. I visited very frequently and the place was always spotless and the staff was so personal, loving and attentive. Even when nobody was around my grandmother would tell us how much she loved the people there and she felt like this is where she belonged. On the day we had to say goodbye to my grandmother the owners and staff were not only there for my grandmother but for us the family as well. One of the assistants made a point to tell us she loved her and to make sure we knew her favorite song. That spoke volumes to me about the personal relationship my grandmother had with them. This home and the people that run it felt more like family than a business. I will always be grateful for them.

I have been the caretaker for my elderly parents for over 15 years and I can honestly tell you it has been a very difficult journey. I have dealt with several assisted living facilities in the past. Every individual has different needs and with that being said, my mom did not feel comfortable in a large facility. She would be afraid around residents that yelled due to their dementia. We often had issues with residents that wandered and would go into her room at night and some of them were men. I dealt with stress having to constantly buy clothes because staff would mix the wash together with other residents clothes and I never saw the new clothes I just bought her. I spent sleepless nights worrying about her. Thankfully, we found a small cozy personal care home that met our needs. It is perfect for my mom. She feels like she is at home and not in a facility. There’s a fireplace, soft music and consistent staff. The owners live there and they are amazing. They are completely transparent, on top of things and proactive about my moms care. Sometimes I am there laughing with them for 40 minutes. They make you feel like family. This is their home and they have created a lovely, safe, caring, environment. Their staff is so sweet and she absolutely adores the residents. She is always upbeat and very attentive to them. I have peace knowing my mom is safe and well cared for at this personal care home. If you are looking for a small cozy loving environment that is super clean and the residents are well cared for then this is the place for your loved ones. Hamilton Mill has been a blessing for us.
