HAMPTON MANOR OF ST PETERS

The nurse tells you what you want to hear to coax you into moving your loved one in. Building is beautiful but the care is awful. They care about revenue not patient wellbeing. Most positive reviews on their page are from employees NOT families. Stay clear from either Hampton Manor if you care about your loved ones.

Hampton Manor of St. Peter’s is truly an amazing assisted living community. The facility is clean, welcoming, and very well-run. The staff is incredibly hardworking and caring — they go above and beyond every day. The DON is such a wonderful lady, always helpful, supportive, and genuinely dedicated to the residents’ well-being. Highly recommend this place!

The facility is spotless, beautifully maintained, and feels more like a resort than an assisted living center.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had a loved one there and within months had to move out. No administrator, no activities, no one to fix issues in the room before move in and were still not done as of the date we moved out. Staff there is like a carousel. There one day and gone the next. There were at least 7 people in and out of jobs there within the weeks my LO was there. The place is beautiful don't get me wrong but 90% of the staff does not care about the residents once they move in. Our LO had a medical emergency and they didn't even notice there was an issue. Why? Because no one there is a DON or ADON on a regular basis. I would just say, go visit other places that know what they are doing because this place does not know how to take care for their residents.
