HAMPTON MANOR OF WENTZVILLE

My concerns are with response times and continuity of care. On more than one occasion, requests for assistance were not answered as quickly as expected. Communication with staff about care needs was polite but not always followed up in a timely manner. In an assisted living setting, reliable feedback and follow-up are crucial to resident well-being. The environment itself was acceptable, but staff responsiveness needs improvement. Families should have confidence that requests will be handled quickly and consistently. I recommend asking detailed questions about staffing levels and response procedures before making a decision.

A wonderful assisted living facility that prioritizes safety comfort and happiness.

The facility is attractive, fairly new and has some appealing features. Unfortunately, communication is inconsistent. Relying on staff and management to provide services promised has too often been frustrating and an issue for concern. A trusting relationship has not been established. If a resident has a difficult time expressing themselves, or remembering daily activities, one has to rely on others to explain why laundry wasn’t done as scheduled, the room not cleaned, or the bedding not changed. Getting follow-up to correct the deficits and make needed changes has been equally exasperating. Accountability has not been a priority in my experience of Hampton Manor of Wentzville.

I had the privilege of visiting Hampton Manor of Wentzville, and I was thoroughly impressed. The facility is beautifully designed, offering a warm and welcoming environment for its residents. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to providing personalized care. From engaging activities to comfortable living spaces, every detail is thoughtfully arranged to ensure the well-being and happiness of the residents. It's evident that Hampton Manor is more than just a place to live—it's a community where individuals are treated with dignity and respect.

This place is amazing! My mom was the 4th resident when they opened. She had recently become wheelchair bound and we were trying to find a place that still had an active community. She has been treated with such kindness, respect and dignity. I cannot say enough good things about Hampton Manor of Wentzville and highly recommend it. We were so impressed with Hampton Manor that we have now moved my father in law to the memory care unit here as well.
