HANNA OAKS CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT AND ASSISTED LIV

I would not recommend the Pavilion of East Tampa due to serious concerns about management and resident care. During my time there, I witnessed frequent issues such as missed medications and what appeared to be drug-related activity inside the facility. The administration, led by Doris Rangel, often ignored reports and concerns raised by staff about resident safety and facility conditions. The building also has a strong odor and is not well maintained. Residents deserve a safe, clean, and well-managed environment — unfortunately, that’s not what I experienced at this location.

The new management and team are great and care about the residents. Improvements to the building are looking great! The ED’s door is always open for any questions you may have!

Ive been going into Hanna for Physical therapy for 10 years on and off. The administration has never been better than it is presently. They make me feel like family and they know I care about every resident.

The staff and the management team at the Pavillion of East Tampa are kind, respectful and very much helpful. The improvement of the building looks great. Keep up the great work.

I would like to take a few brief moment to dicuss , share and be honest review, i lived in alfs for 6 to 7 year but yet the pavilion is to be the friendlyness, loveing , caring place of them all, I am pleased to say i have lot of friends that i get along well with, and also who could ask for a better staff that works here. Our needs our well met if i have any concerns, i can go into the directors office anytime she has a open do policy, she is upbeat, outgoing, very nolible and fair, all the other manager and staff found to be the exactly the same. Our facility may not be top tier but it is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. So if you need to put your love one in a alf consider placing them in to the pavilion of E Tampa.
