We feel so lucky to have found HarborChase, and particularly appreciate the care, time, attention and positive attitude memory care director Thanh and the team provides - not just for our resident, but our family too.

Admin is horrible, Money hungry and unprofessional. Memory care director seems clueless. Moving my mom out soon. Worst place ever! Owners don’t give a crap

I can't say enough good things about HarborChase Naperville and the people that live and work there. We just moved my FIL in last week and the staff has been wonderful. Not only is he being well taken care of but everyone including the residents have been so friendly and welcoming. The apartments and grounds are clean and comfortable. The food is delicious and the servers are very nice and and accommodating. The care givers are so responsive and respectful. The nurses do a great job and are easy to talk with about the care that is needed. There is a great variety activities and outings available for residents to take part in. The staff does a great job of informing the residents of everything going on and getting them involved. We are so pleased with our decision to move my FIL to HarborChase. He is adjusting quickly and doing well with the help of the amazing staff. I highly recommend contacting HarborChase Naperville if you or your family member are considering assisted living.

I looked at various memory care facilities in Naperville area for my sister. I opted for Harbor Chase with the upscale welcoming feel, spacious rooms and nice floor plan which aids for socialization. Sales Director is visible to ensure everything is going well. Memory care director, activity and care staff are kind, compassionate and attentive. The food is excellent! Our family is very pleased that our loved one is happy and well cared for.

The staff went out of their way to make my sister feel welcome. They took good care of her and all her special needs. The food is good and the facilities are always clean with lots of activities available. I would recommend Harbor Chase to anyone looking for a new home.
