HARBOR PLACE - LINN

I’ve owned my company, Nolte’s Inc. for 45 years. I recognize “good customer service” with every one of my five senses. That makes me also low-patience when it’s not the present. You can imagine then that I am still “got” at not just the professionalism, but the authentic kindness offered at Harbor Place. My mother (89) is a recent resident and the transition was seamless…thanks to the director, Gina, and her amazing team. I learn by listening and it is a relieving joy to hear them interact with their other 23 residents (when no one is watching.) I’ve run my life with the mantra, “Flexibility is the key to success” and Harbor Place has surpassed all hopes for “Flexibility.” My sisters and I could not be more comfortable/assured with the 24/7 care that Mom is receiving. They honor her independence and yet are but a push button away to lend a hand with dressing and meals. The facility is immaculately clean and fresh. Mom has been an “Ensure” and Protein Bar person way too long. At Harbor Place every meal is so delicious that it’s “clean plate” every time. My only disappointment is this review is that I couldn't add a sixth star! I look forward to a long relationship with this incredible team! What a blessing to our family. Shirley’s son, Michael J. I can’t say enough positive things about Harbor Place! I did a LOT of research before choosing a place for my father. I did not receive any negative feedback from inquiries regarding Harbor Place. When I discuss my decision to place my father in the care of Harbor Place, I continue to hear all positive comments about the staff and facility as a whole. My dad continually states that he is treated very good! Thank you to all of the staff, and especially the director, Gina Huckstep, for all of the effort you put forth to provide such wonderful care for your clients!

Such a warm welcoming place to spend your golden years. Great atmosphere, staff, activities and wonderful food.
