HARMONY AT DIAMOND RIDGE

Met with Tee again today and he listened and helped me with an issue I was having. First mission solved and is going to follow through for me on my second mission to see if anything can be done on this issue. I am very impressed with him and he has an open door policy. Just stop over some Tuesday and meet him. He is just filling in while Jess is on maternity leave! I give him 5 stars!

I toured this community and was very impressed. The building is beautiful, bright, and extremely clean. Every space I saw was well cared for and welcoming. The staff I met along the way were friendly and seemed happy, which made the whole visit feel positive. The Director and another team member gave me the tour and took their time to answer all of my questions. They were professional, approachable, and made sure I left with a clear picture of what the community has to offer. Overall, it stood out as a well-run, inviting place where residents are clearly treated with care

Our time here has been a good experience. We are in the independent living section. Our apartment is great. We can choose to cook or eat with our fellow residents in the dining room. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. You can spend your time in community activities or on your own. If you are interested in downsizing and simpler living, my husband and I would recommend you check Harmony out.

We admitted my mother-in-law to memory care at Harmony not really knowing what to expect as Memory care was a new experience for us. We could not be more happy with the care she received there. The staff was always helpful both to her and to us and she often said how safe, secure and happy she felt. The food was excellent. She has passed on and wasn’t there very long but in the short time she was there, the staff began to feel like Family and we’ll miss them.

Harmony has been truly fantastic! Every person we’ve interacted with has been friendly and helpful. My mom lived in the same house for a long time and really didn’t want to leave, but we wanted to get her somewhere with people around her and good food available all the time. She looks better after living at Harmony than she has in a long time. The activities and the facilities are top notch! We are all wishing we would’ve done it years ago. I highly recommend Harmony at Diamond Ridge.
