Love the care my dad is getting. Friendly, kind staff, clean community, new friends, conveniently located.

The place is beautiful and welcoming. While touring, the residents appeared happy and engaged, very social environment and lots of activities. Staff seemed happy to be there, as well. Very clean and great atmosphere... I asked during the tour... when could I move in? (but looking for loved one, I'm not quite 55 + yet)

my grandma is a resident here and her favorite part of living there getting to see Flo! She brings joy to everyone she visits! when Flo isn’t working, my grandma is anxiously waiting for her return! she socializes with everyone and makes a dreary place shine with happiness. I even look forward to seeing her when I visit! she asks about my kids and makes me feel so welcome. Flo is a 10/10 one of a kind. Harmony should be lucky to have an employee like her

Harmony at Five Forks gave my father exceptional care and effort getting him settled into his new apartment. I truly appreciate all the time and energy they dedicated to ensuring the transition was as smooth as possible, even going above and beyond to accommodate an earlier than expected arrival. They worked diligently, moving one resident out and helping my dad move in, all while ensuring that everyone’s needs were met with kindness and care. It’s clear that they are deeply committed to creating a welcoming and compassionate environment for all the residents. There’s a warm spirit that fills Five Forks. The interactions between staff and residents are genuinely heartwarming—there’s a true sense of respect and camaraderie, which brings comfort to both the families and the residents. It’s not often you find a place where that level of warmth and connection is so evident, and it means a great deal to me as a family member.

I highly recommend touring this facility if you or a loved one is in search of independent living, assisted living or memory care. From taking a tour, scheduling the move in, reviewing the care plan and caring for my mother, the staff couldn’t be better. Everyone is kind, understanding and helpful. My mother’s care has vastly improved. She’s loved, respected, cared for and understood in their memory care unit. Everyone works together to do what is best for the patient. Communication between the facility, hospice and family has been excellent. My mother is well cared for and content since making the move to Harmony at Five Forks. I highly recommend them!!
