HARMONY GARDENS MEMORY CARE

The people at the Arbors went above and beyond to take care of my mother. Through the many stages of her dementia, they treated her with love, respect, care and understanding. The workers are very attentive. We could walk in at any time on any day and they were actively taking care of patients.

​We recently had the pleasure of experiencing the activities programs led by the Activities Director Kathy, and the entire experience was nothing short of five stars! ​From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most friendly and welcoming staff imaginable. They were consistently helpful, enthusiastic, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their roles, which created a truly positive and vibrant atmosphere.

My father, Brad Teaford, has been a resident at Harmony Garden Memory Care Assisted Living Facility for a year and a half, and I cannot express enough the peace of mind this has brought me. The staff treats each resident like family, providing a genuine sense of love and care. Residents are always treated with respect, given the assistance they need, while still encouraging their independence. One of the greatest joys for me is the diverse array of activities offered. There’s always something going on, ensuring that my father isn’t just sitting in front of the TV all day. The activities director is exceptionally talented and has a remarkable ability to connect with the residents on a personal level. She learns about their past hobbies and interests, tailoring activities to help maintain functions that might be fading due to dementia. This personalized approach makes all the difference. The meals at Harmony Garden are another highlight. They are delicious and home-cooked, and my father loves them. It's clear that a lot of care goes into meal preparation, which contributes greatly to the homely atmosphere. My grandfather loves the staff and the other residents. He enjoys all the unique activities that they provide, especially the outings. Memory care can be hard so we are very thankful he has a safe place to stay.

I was worried when Grandpa moved into assisted living, but it's been the best decision! The facility is very nice, but what stands out most is the caring staff. They go above and beyond to ensure Grandpa’s comfort and happiness. Seeing him laugh and enjoy himself so often warms my heart. He has other veterans there and they sit and talk about their military. He's found a place where he belongs, and that means everything to us.
