This place got bed bugs , the owner is so rude to the workers , and the residents she don’t care about nothing but herself she won’t let nobody know if a resident got covid or anything. She lets her co workers talk disrespectful to the other employees

This facility HAS BED BUGS! This whole building is infested and the OWNER SUE IS IN DENIAL about the situation. She CLAIMED she called the pet control and they confirmed it wasn’t but that’s a LIE! I have PICTURE & VIDEO of bed bugs crawling over these residents at night! Please do not send your loved ones here! This place use to be CLEAN and ran very PROFESSIONAL! The new owner is very RUDE to clients but also the workers she has. For her to not care about her WORKERS is very unprofessional that’s keeping her establishment open. She putting your LOVE ones & WORKERS AT RISK because she don’t want to get those bed bugs from out of there. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS FACILITY. I will be putting up flyers around ambridge and also contacting people that i know relatives about this matter.

Update: To the owner, I appreciate your response and have emailed you yet have not received a response from that. Maybe your spam folder? I have absolutely no interest in trying to communicate with your administrator as she is the reason for my review. Since my last review she has threatened to call the police on me twice just for visiting. She refuses to talk, just continues to be rude and try to intimidate. This is very sad...not only for myself but for the residents who deal with this unkind and bullying behavior on a daily basis. I hope to hear back from you. I used to work for and volunteer at Harmony Haus before it was sold last year and the new administrator Sue DeMeio started running it. It was a happy place but now it's not. It has become so gloomy and institutionalized. I am no longer allowed to volunteer my time and do activities with the residents, which they loved and looked forward to. They ask every time I visit when we can start again. Sadly today I had to tell them it isn't going to happen as Sue said she does not want me there anymore. She told me NO and I could not ask why. It is very sad and unfortunate that she is on a power trip and does everything in her power to take away and discourage any happiness and excitement for these residents. This is their home and they are sad and afraid to speak up. My heart hurts every time I walk through the door. If you are looking for a safe loving place for your loved ones, I would think twice before bringing them here. It is not the same place it is advertised to be. All information is from the previous owners and administrators who actually put their heart and love into the residents.

Harmony Haus has incredible people running it. They take the utmost care of the residents. Very pleasant, highly recommend.

Staff are fantastic. My grandfather, a retired veteran, is staying there and has the nicest things to say about his experiences.
