So fortunate to have worked with Ashley, on moving my mum into the residence. Safe, clean, and devoted/caring staff all the way around! The staff are so attentive to the residents needs, especially emotional support, with goats, chickens, and visiting pets. The goats need to move closer to the home, difficult to reach them on the hill ! The cook feeds everyone wonderful meals, staff seem to be happy working here, and everyone should receive "top wages" to keep good people. Thank you so much for all you do for so many!

Harmony Homes at Hickory Pond has welcoming and compassionate staff members, who go above and beyond for their residents. Hickory pond is a homey and safe environment. I would recommend to anyone looking for a home for their loved one!

Speaking as a tenant under their residential section: The landlord hardly reacted to any and all problems we presented to him. We handled it. Made the place better. Gave him a firepit, spice rack, helped all the other tenants all year, and solved all problems we were capable of. I had accepted it, low enough rent and I could afford the fixes. And when I went to resign a lease he tried to up the rent with no improvements on the house at his hand, and offered to pay me off the books to solve the plumbing in the house. I was willing to do the work and keep the apartment, but it was clear he was attempting to screw me and up the rent, so I said "no, we'll leave." He used EVERY opportunity to squeeze money out of the security deposit. John Randolf. Don't trust him. Not sure how the elderly home is run, but I have droves of evidence against renting from this man. Don't do it. Feel free to DM me.
