This is the nicest facility I have ever been to there was only one that beat it but it is no longer in existence and that was west woods care center and the only reason they were nicer is because they gave you your own trailer to live in with 2 or 3 other residents I think this is the nicest place in existence as far as residential care facilities go they have Wi-Fi smart tv’s in every room with cable been here twice once before they built the new part it is the best place out there it’s the residents who make the place bad who don’t appreciate anything

I'm Sarah and I live at Harold and Louise. I do the work therapy program here and enjoy it. Libby has been a huge support to me and has the best team behind her. She puts resident care first before doing her office job and she always answers when the staff call her phone with questions. We love Micah too. He is fun and brightens up everyone's day. I love it here. Send all your residents to join our Harold and Louise family.

Took a tour of Harold and Louise a few months ago. very clean and well organized facility. The residents really enjoy living there. Libby makes sure staff are doing their jobs and giving the residents the best care possible. I highly recommend this facility.
