My dad is fairly new to the Oaks. We chose this location for him for a number of reasons. 1. The fact that their memory care facility is not an afterthought as many locations. The care put into designing this location to make residents feel at home was important to us. 2. The staff all the way through the facility are caring and treat my dad with the utmost respect, “spoil him” and pay attention to his specific likes, care needs and personality. 3. Any issues are addressed immediately or within a stated time frame; with appreciation for my feedback. I have breathed a sigh of relief to see my dad so happy here and tickled with the “spoiling of him.” We made the correct choice and I would highly recommend this location.

We placed my loved one with the Oaks years ago. I love it so much. The staff is nice. Farrah the activity director is always taking them out and helping them enjoy life. She is a god sent. If you need a memory care facility go see the Oaks. God chose the Oaks for my mother's law years ago and we have never regretted it.

My wife is here and the atmosphere is so pleasant. Music is so joyful. Care is very impressive. Where she came from they made promises but did not follow through but the Oaks are on it. The staff is helpful and very responsive. Blessed and thankful for the Oaks at Chanticleer.

I was very nervous about placing my dad in a facility. He gets turned around so much and he is very busy, always on the go. I wanted a place that he could call home with loving people. The Oaks was the place. They welcomed us and even brought out the red carpet when we arrived. He has been there for less than a month and he fits so well. I can finally sleep at night knowing he is safe, cared for and loved!!
