Liberty Village of Rochelle is truly a phenomenal place for long-term care. The transition from rehab to long-term care was seamless, ensuring my loved one felt comfortable and supported every step of the way. The facility is impeccably clean, creating a welcoming and healthy environment. The staff here are exceptional—compassionate, professional, and always attentive to the needs of residents. It’s clear they genuinely care about each person. I can’t imagine a better place for my elderly family members. Liberty Village of Rochelle is a perfect choice for quality care and peace of mind. Five stars!

All staff is overworked and underpaid. Management only cares about the number of residents and not resident care. Nice facility ran by mean personnel.

So few people write positive reviews, but this facility deserves one. After having experience with other nursing homes, my experience with Liberty Village was phenomenal. There will never be a "perfect" facility, no matter what. But the management and staff here listen to feedback and fix issues. They respond immediately, and demonstrate their compassion for growth and improvement. For the duration that my mother was here, over 6 months, the staff from receptionists to CNAs to nurses, maintenance and administrators were professional and genuinely caring. They know their residents and care about their situations. The facility is clean, it does not have a "nursing home" smell, and it always felt like home. As my mom recently passed, the compassionate care and outpouring of support we've received has been unbelievable. No one wants to make a decision to place a loved one in care, but I'd recommend this facility if you're in the situation of needing a place that will genuinely love your family member. Friends and family who visited felt the same vibe and witnessed the care I'd referenced. This group of people made such a drastic impact on the last 7 months of my mom's life, and I'm forever grateful.

Shirely’s runs this place like a joke. Beautiful facility, but the management doesn’t match.

Staff is extremely rude and if you want to talk to anyone in administration, be ready to talk to Shelly in HR too, even when she is a major part of the problem. Requested a call from Regional Manager. Will update when that call is received. **Update** My comment was flagged and taken down, so it was reposted. Original comment was from April 2022. Was told that the Regional Manager would call me after “her vacation.” Have not heard from her since.
